Founder of RUXX, Sarah Ward-Hendry has been immersed in fashion, design and manufacture all her life. Starting out in costume knitwear for the BBC, going on to work in fashion, photography and then later leather goods. Now settled in Ireland Sarah designs each product line of bags and accessories from her studio workshop near Kinsale, creating head turning designs with stylish practicality.

Using only the finest leather, luxury fittings and signature silver lining, Ruxx employs artisan techniques to fashion irresistible leathers and other responsibly sourced materials into exquisite pieces. Handmade in their artisan workshops in Ireland, the collections focus on innovation and high quality finish.

Sarah believes that a bag should be as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside, so care and attention is also put into the design of the interiors, along with small finishing details such as the handmade zip pulls.

Each design reflects her passion for standout fashion accessories that embody both a ‘wow’ factor and creativity.
